• Provides customer service and support for electronic equipment.
• Use manufacturers' service manuals and documentation to provide initial troubleshooting and / or repairs.
• Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Test and calibrate components and equipment following manufacturer’s manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Maintain customer good will through : effective communication of all services rendered; effective communication of service and operator issues; effective presentation of positive attitude for the company, products, employee, and customers; and maintaining a proper business appearance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance or services performed.
• Maintains Inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Stay up to date on the latest products and repair techniques.
• Provides guidance and assistance on repair activities, procedures, etc. to team members
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Performs other duties as required
• Fully bilingual in English and French required
