Do you have extensive experience walking countless miles of floor space in high-rise concrete condo / apartments, low to mid-rise developments, or wood-frame townhouse projects? Daily Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and direction to safety professionals and all site personnel.
Supervise and coordinate all interior finishing sub-trades, ensuring processes are followed and schedules are met.
Review drawings and submittals for alignment with project specifications, leveraging team expertise when needed.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure work adheres to contract documents and approved submittals.
Maintain the project "as-built" drawings and assemble closeout documents, including O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.
Take immediate action to stop work if safety, quality, or project progress is compromised.
Monitor daily site operations for quality compliance, ensuring any issues are resolved according to project protocols.
Prepare daily job diaries and ensure site compliance with the Health & Safety Plan.
Mentor, coach, and supervise field operations, providing general leadership as required.
Weekly Responsibilities :
Participate in weekly look-ahead scheduling meetings.
Review and take action on formal and daily safety inspections.
Attend and contribute to Project Team meetings.
Monthly Responsibilities :
Perform formal safety inspections.
Complete and submit all necessary monthly reports.
What You Bring :
5+ years of supervisory experience in multi-family residential concrete or wood-frame construction.
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
