We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic & Website Designer to support our design, marketing, and sponsorship initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will produce engaging visual content, maintain our WordPress website, and assist with sponsorship coordination to strengthen our brand presence and community partnerships. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design work and the coordination side of marketing and events.

Note : This is an in office position and the successful candidate can be based out of our Abbotsford or Surrey office (British Columbia)

A portfolio of work is required when applying for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design

• Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
• Ensure all visual materials align with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events.
• Prepare both print‑ready and web‑optimized files.
• Maintain an organized library of design templates, imagery, and brand assets.
• Manage corporate clothing and swag orders.
