Description de posteThe rate of pay will be $18 - $20 / hr Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Attending the front desk, greeting, and maintaining quality relationships with clientele Filing and record upkeep Collect and record payments Handle customer inquiries Booking appointments Update and maintain scheduler Collecting contact information from clients Previous experience in customer service or retail 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role Great phone etiquette Thinking outside the box Outgoing and friendly demeanor A diploma or post-secondary education in Business Administration
Our client is looking for an administrative assistant that can mesh well with their organization. They value culture above all else, so not only are they looking for outstanding customer service / administrative skills, they are also looking for someone that utilize feedback for self-improvement, can articulate what they need to succeed, and isn’t afraid to contemplate different perspectives.
