On behalf of our Food Industry client, Procom is searching for an Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist for a short term, 4 week, contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Vaughan, Ontario office.

Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist - Job Description:

Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Bookings
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Acting as a direct line to customers in a customer-facing position

Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an AR/AP position
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel

Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Business Central
• Comfortable presenting and interacting with senior leadership
• Experience in the food industry
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong teamwork skills

Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a short term position.

ASAP.

Vaughan, Ontario, onsite, five days a week.
