The candidate will be working on the endpoint protection cloud infrastructure, which provides cloud based management for our endpoint security products, a critical component of Fortinet security fabric. The operations team is responsible for the delivery of reliable cloud service to our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Define and develop cloud service monitoring systems
- Develop automated methods to mitigate and remediate service issues
- Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to application issues
- Work in a 24x7 Security & Network Operation Center (SNOC) environment and participate in on-call rotation and normal ticketing procedures.
- Be an active participant in deep technical discussions
- Work independently to solve multi-faceted problems
Requirements :
5+ years' experience in NOC / Support or Dev Ops rolesExperience on troubleshooting Windows services and applications.Expertise with Linux environment and common Applications (Web Servers, SQL Databases, etc.)Strong understanding of common network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP / HTTPS, IPSec, SNMP)Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and OpenstackExperience programming Windows powershell and Linux Shellscripts.LI-MG1
