Job Summary
We areseekinga licensed and compassionateDentistto join our dental clinic in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate willbe responsible forproviding high-quality dental care,diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, and promoting preventive dental practices to patients of all ages. This role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a patient-centeredapproach.

Job Responsibilities
- Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue to diagnose disease,injury and decayand planappropriate treatment
- Restore,extractand replace diseased and decayed teeth
- Perform oral surgery, periodontalsurgeryand other treatments
- Clean teeth and instruct patients on oral hygiene
- Design bridgework, fitdenturesand provide appliances to correct abnormal positioning of the teeth and jaws, or write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide excellent patient care
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry andparticipatein continuing education asrequired.
- Teaching/instructing and clinical supervision of our students if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with theBritish Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused mindset.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Previousexperience in a dental practice
- Training in a dental specialty
