THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team.

You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by moving and handling inventory, re-palleting products, and picking and shipping orders.

The role also includes some computer work for order processing and invoicing.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are motivated to contribute to a well-organized and efficient team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Move inventory from the packaging department to the warehouse (working with meat)
  • Handle inventory by moving pallets and re-palleting products
  • Pick and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform computer work related to picking orders and invoicing
  • Use company ERP programs and Microsoft Office software as needed
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols for all products and work areas

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Operating lift tow and pallet jack is a benefit
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP programs and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable working with packaged meat products in cold cooler and freezer environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
