Suite of industry‑leading tools and tech to free up time and keep us ahead of the curve 4.9 Google Rating from our satisfied clients and partners Rental Property Management License in BC or proof of exam completion Phenomenal Communication Skills across all mediums (in person, video, phone, text & email) Humble and Self‑Aware , willing to share ideas and accept constructive feedback Driven to Learn, Grow and Innovate —always eager to adopt new approaches, systems, and processes Comfortable with Tech —experience with CRM, rental app, digital inspections, and AI tools; adept with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets) Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferred Handle and follow up on owner leads Negotiate and implement owner property management contracts Cultivate strong relationships with property owners and tenants, promptly addressing inquiries as they arise Show available properties effectively, maximize occupancy, and execute leasing strategies efficiently; listing marketing is done on over 60 websites Collaborate closely with vendors for maintenance requests & property upkeep Oversee lease agreements, rent increases, and tenant coordination as required Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities using property management software Strategize initiatives to boost occupancy rates and revenue growth Ensure property regulations are enforced as needed The collaborative team, software & tools needed to excel Competitive commission‑based compensation with no cap on earnings Ongoing professional development for career advancement Employment type : Contract Seniority level : Entry level Job function : Sales and Management Work Location : Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V4A 4N6 Schedule : Monday to Friday Experience : 1 year in Property Management (preferred) Licence / Certification : BCFSA Rental Property Management License (required) Pay : $1.00–$175,000.00 per year (commission pay) Company events Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance On‑site parking Paid time off Work from home or office French not required
