Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to improve user proficiency. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather requirements and ensure that the system meets their needs. Creating and maintaining system documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications.
