Position Overview

At DTG, every deployment is a chance to empower people—not just install systems. As Implementation Team Lead, you\'ll be the keystone ensuring our deployments are technically excellent, intuitively operable, and customer-owned from day one.

You’re not here to watch from the sidelines. You’re a hands-on leader who mentors, builds, and oversees deployments that are trusted and sustainable. You’ll be the bridge between our vision for scalable, human-centered automation and the gritty, detail-rich work of making it real on the factory floor.

This role is for someone who leads through action and clarity—ensuring every Automation Integration Specialist is supported, every solution is tested and documented, and every customer walks away saying : “I get it. I own it.”
