The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Services and Support Specialist to provide services-only support for Microsoft cloud and server products. This role focuses on tenant-level support, subscription management operations, escalation coordination, reporting, and advisory services.This position does not include tenant migrations, restructuring, or architecture redesign. Responsibilities :
- Provide tenant-level support for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Support Microsoft 365 Business Premium and related services including Teams Calling, Visio, Planner, Defender, and Purview.
- Coordinate incident resolution, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Manage and track support requests through defined intake and ticketing processes.
- Escalate and coordinate issues with Microsoft support as required.
- Support day-to-day license adds, removals, and changes through the Microsoft CSP program.
- Assist with annual Microsoft 365 Business Premium renewals.
- Support perpetual licensing operations for Windows Server and SQL Server where CSP is not applicable.
- Ensure centralized and accurate subscription tracking.
- Produce regular reports on license usage and costs.
- Identify unused or underutilized licenses.
- Provide advisory input on service optimization and cost management.
- Support compliance and audit readiness for public sector environments.
- Operate within defined support hours and service availability.
- Meet response and resolution targets by severity.
- Identify any support activities that incur additional costs and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Ability to operate within Canadian public sector environments, including local government.
- Billing, invoicing, and contract support suitable for a Canadian public sector organization.

Requirements :
