Overview

Delano Nails & Spa is seeking a skilled Salon Manager committed to delivering high-quality nail services in a welcoming environment.

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting

On site at a physical salon location. Remote work is not available.

  • Esthetician's salon
  • Beauty shop or aesthetic service

    • Responsibilities

  • Schedule work
  • Assist clients / guests with special needs
  • Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Train staff / workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Pedicures
  • Manicures
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions
  • Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art
