Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional ready to be the backbone of a dynamic regional operations team? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant II, the primary focus of this position is to provide daily administrative support to the various functional groups in the Regional Services department. This includes office and fleet management, processing purchase orders and invoices, record entry and retention for all H&S, Technical, and Emergency Response training and Operator Qualification records, some support to the Regina PLM crew, various administrative duties as required as well as collaborating with other administrative staff in all of Prairie Region.

Work Type : This is a Monday - Friday, in office position. No hybrid schedule.

Role mainly provides support to the Regional Services department, however, will be assigned responsibilities by the Director of Prairie Region Operations or Manager of Regional Services. Will work independently but will have certain tasks that require feedback from several members of the team.
