Proof of medication administration education / competency

Excellent communication skills

Strong clinical assessment skills

Clear understanding of resident-centered care

Leadership ability

Excellent organization skills

Strong team orientation

Strong customer service orientation

Long Term Care experience an asset

Other related certifications an asset
