Description de posteManage month-end close and oversee full-cycle accounting process. Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insightful analysis. Partner with operational teams to track performance, analyze margins, and drive profitability. Develop KPI dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for short- and long-term planning. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability trends. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee and mentor finance team members, fostering growth and excellence. Collaborate on billing, cost tracking, and revenue recognition processes. Provide backup support for payroll, benefits, and pension administration. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce. CPA designation is required (Robert Half will ensure your professional designation credentials are in good standing before presentation to our client). 3+ years of progressive financial accounting experience. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective. Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
