Our Langley, BC branch has an exciting opportunity for a Trailer Admin Assistant.
What You WillDo
The Trailer Admin Assistant provides administrative support for the assigned trailer location and assists with the documentation of trailer activities in coordination with the head office. You will work with your branch Team Members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks :
- Greet andsupport customers as the first on-site point of contact, ensuring their needsare understood and addressed efficiently.
- Act as aliaison between customers and suppliers to resolve issues, warranties, andinquiries.
- Communicateclearly and professionally with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Provideadministrative support to the trailer sales team throughout the sales processand daily operations.
- Maintain anaccurate and up-to-date customer contact database.
- Perform basicbookkeeping and invoicing functions.
- Manageexpenses in accordance with FGI policies.
- Prepareweekly sales activity reports, including competitor insights and marketconditions.
- Followsupervisory direction and company procedures.
- Advertise andmarket trailer inventory using approved tools and in alignment with FGIguidelines.
- Supportannual inventory count processes.
- May supportshipping and delivery of customer orders.
- May pick uporders in the warehouse for delivery and secure cargo (manual or forklift).
- Maintainconsistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned work hours.
- Demonstratecooperative, team-oriented behaviour and the ability to work independently.
- Contributeideas and suggestions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other dutiesas assigned.
What We Require
High schooldiploma or equivalent.2–3 years ofgeneral office experience, including administrative support, bookkeeping, andinvoicing.Experiencewith a CRM system; background in Salesforce is required.Highproficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience inaftermarket or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not required.Excellentcustomer service skills with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.Strongcommunication skills with the ability to provide clear, detailed information.Team-oriented, cooperative, and able to work independently for extendedperiods.Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.A disciplinedand solution-focused mindset.Commitment toworkplace safety and operational excellence.What We Offer
