Overview

The Operations Manager – Technology Division oversees day‑to‑day operations, performance, and growth of Backwoods’ technology services within the security business. The role provides leadership across CCTV monitoring, equipment supply, installation, maintenance, repair, and any additional technology offerings supported by Backwoods.

The Operations Manager drives revenue growth by developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and supporting sales initiatives. The manager is accountable for budgeting, financial performance, and monthly reporting on revenue, leads, and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the Technology Division, including CCTV monitoring, equipment supply, installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Ensure technology services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in accordance with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and service delivery models.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction, addressing risks or deficiencies proactively.
