A supportive living care home in Red Deer County Alberta is seeking a passionate and dedicated LPN Care Team Supervisor to join our team. This is a unionized care home with excellent benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the healthcare of all residents including communication with families and staff.
• Assist the Nursing Leadership Team with medication management including administration and ordering.
• Provide direct supervision of care provided by LPNs and Care Aides.
• Foster a homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Ensure all residents are treated with respect and dignity.
• Train and educate care team and nursing staff on an ongoing basis.
