Billdr is built for one of the largest and least digitized industries on Earth : construction. Our software powers small-to-mid-sized general contractors (GCs) across North America, helping them run more profitable and efficient businesses.

With strong momentum (4x revenue growth YoY), we’re hiring several Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Montreal office to help us bring our vision to life : becoming the digital backbone of construction in North America. If you’re ambitious, competitive, and hungry to build a legendary career in sales, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and identify high-potential general contractors across North America.
  • Make outbound calls and book product demos for our Account Executives.
  • Write high-converting cold emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages that open doors — creativity matters.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion.
  • Track activities and insights in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Bring curiosity, energy, and urgency to every conversation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Grit, drive, and a fire in your belly : you're here to win and want to be #1 on the leaderboard, not to coast!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (a must).
  • Coachability : you take feedback seriously and level up fast.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
  • Competitive mindset : you love setting records, breaking them, and being #1 on the leaderboard.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus!
