Business Analyst - III

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commission-related processes, managing data integrity, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Support the sales team by addressing commission-related cases and inquiries efficiently.
• Perform audits and load data into compensation tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Navigate and utilize internal compensation tools to manage operational processes.
• Review and interpret policies to provide accurate responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline commission processes and improve workflows.
• Analyze data using tools such as Google Sheets and Xactly to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies in all operational activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver documentation related to commission operations and policies.
• Provide clear and proactive communication to stakeholders across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with teams.
• Proficiency in tools such as Xactly and Google Sheets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in auditing and data management processes.
• Familiarity with compensation tools and policies.
• Capability to analyze and interpret data using tools like Tableau or SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
