Accounts Payable Specialist

Your tasks will include: -Verifying, entering, and posting invoices from insurers (GP) -Tracking due dates and preparing payments -Keeping files up to date and managing communications related to invoices and payments -Reconciling insurer accounts and identifying discrepancies -Posting various entries and transactions related to payables -Quickly resolving billing disputes to maintain good relationships -Participating in monthly closings and various financial projects -All other related tasksYour profile: -3+ years of experience in a similar role -Degree in accounting -Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Office). -Bilingual FR/EN (spoken and written) to communicate with clients across Canadian provinces -Experience in insurance (an asset) -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail -Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility -Discretion and good judgment -Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities -Collaborative spirit and team-oriented What we offer: -100% remote work -Annual bonus -Group insurance, health care account, employee and family assistance program, and telemedicine -Access to a retirement savings plan with employer contribution -7 personal days -Birthday leave -Training reimbursement program
