Responsibilities
Lead the structural engineering design on multiple large-scale projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, mentoring engineers at all levels
Manage budgets, resources, and project governance, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
Represent the company at senior client and stakeholder meetings, acting as a trusted advisor
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities
Contribute to shaping company strategy, technical standards, and innovation initiatives
Requirements
BEng / MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
Chartered Engineer status (IStructE or ICE)
10+ years' post-graduate experience in structural design and delivery
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-pound projects
Expertise across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
Proficiency with structural analysis and engineering design software
Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
