Finance Manager

Robert Half is seeking a Finance Manager on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
• Lead the selection, development, and integration of accounting systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals
• Collaborate with department heads to drive operational efficiency and profitability
• Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and develop finance staff, providing mentorship and guidance
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in team leadership and project management
• Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and experience with audit procedures
