What you will do :

• Plan, organize, and control the activities in the Service department.
• Set clearly written processes for Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Develop and maintain Service staff.
• Establish strong working relationships with Service personnel, all dealership managers, the general public, and suppliers.
• Make sure all manufacturers’ training courses / requirements are completed by all staff before deadlines.
• Motivate staff and maintaining positive customer relations.
