Operations Supervisor

Our client specializes in the design and manufacture of custom prefabricated wooden structures. They are looking for an Operations Supervisor.

• Manage the human, financial and material resources assigned in order to optimize production, performance and organization of the department;
• Forecast department labour needs and put in place a job organization to meet company needs;
• Hire and manage department staff, evaluate their performance and see to their development;
• Supervise the control of raw materials, products and equipment inventories;
• Develop and ensure the implementation of an equipment maintenance program;
• Anticipate operational challenges and take the necessary measures to prevent / solve them by a ing continuous improvement approach;
• Supervise monitoring of transport and deliveries.
