Join Our Team in the Guelph, ON area, as an Internal Controls Analyst!

As an Internal Controls Analyst, you'll be instrumental in protecting our company and its assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your analytical skills to uncover risks, process deficiencies, and insights. Your goal? Continual improvement and fostering positive change across our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We count on your expertise to drive the Internal Controls function and analyze the efficiency of various processes.

Business Support & Control Frameworks

• Business Support Framework : Manage and / or perform the bi-annual self-assessment process for the four regions in Business Unit North America.
• Financial Control Assessments : Assist in completing Key Financial Control Framework assessments.
• Segregation of Duties Management : Oversee SOD management and reporting, and implement compensating controls to address SOD conflicts.
• Critical Access Review : Coordinate and ensure timely completion.
• ERM Risk Matrix : Facilitate the completion process.
