Paul Davis is currently looking for an Estimator in LethbridgePaul Davis and the Galko Group is currently looking for an Estimator in the Lethbridge Area. Our estimators also create budgets and pricing for various property renovations, building exteriors projects, and home builds.We are looking for an individual who is results driven, has a sense of urgency and values relationships. • Is self-motivated
• Likes working with people, and has good communication skills
• Is organized, sets and manages expectations
• Carries themselves in a professional manner
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Xactimate, Xactanalysis an asset but not necessary
• Experience with construction costs and budgeting is an asset
• Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary
• Previous experience in the insurance industry an assetQualifications :
• Valid Drivers License
• Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• IICRC certifications is an asset but not required
