As a department manager, you will : manage purchasing, inventory, P.L.U. price lists and meet sales per hour / person to ensure business readiness; develop and manage policies and procedures, adhere to government hygiene and occupational health and safety standards and ensure that they are consistently applied and adhered to by all department employees selects, trains, evaluates and motivates the members of his or her team, surrounding them with competent people; carry out the various operations related to the accounting of the cash registers (money transfers, deposits, controls, weekly verifications, etc.)
