Responsibilities
We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll :
Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branchServe as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expertParticipate in a structured program to develop knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your teamReceive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning opportunities, including community engagement to build essential relationshipsLearn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindsetContribute to a culture of friendly competition that supports growth for the business and your careerQualifications
Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by World Education Services (WES) and / or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, or BA, or related fieldMust have at least 6 months of cumulative experience or involvement in one of the following areas : sales & customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, clubs / organizations)Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and / or at-fault accidents in the last three yearsNo drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI / DUI) within the last 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the futureMust be at least 18 years old#J-18808-Ljbffr
