CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole, dedicated to asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity and real estate funds, brokers and corporate clients. Through offices across Europe, North and South America and Asia, CACEIS offers a broad range of services covering execution, clearing, forex, securities lending, custody, depositary and fund administration, fund distribution support, middle office outsourcing and issuer services.
We are hiring an Operations Officer to join the IMS team working on activities associated with trade matching and flow monitoring.
Roles & responsibilities:
As an Operations Officer of the Investment Management Team, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing IMS transactions. You will work closely with the team to support daily operations and will report directly to the Team Manager, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and industry standards.
Middle Office trade matching and flow monitoring
Monitor and whenever necessary repair or release flows transiting through our dedicated acquisition tool
Match and reconcile trades with broker/dealer
Follow up pending instructions with back office and custodians
