Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee center activities: receiving, warehousing, order preparation, shipping, inventory.
• Ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Optimize human and material resources to maximize productivity.
• Supervise supervisors and unionized teams (day/evening): recruitment, training, evaluation, disciplinary management.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Train employees on processes and the safe use of equipment.
• Implement monitoring tools and continuous improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Manage budgets and produce management reports.
