You'll Do :
- Work in a variety of areas which may include sorting, stacking, and piling lathe.
- Handling and lifting materials.
- Operate production equipment as assigned.
- Assist other processing workers.
- Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the plywood equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team.
- Other general Labourer responsibilities
- Repetitive tasks
- Strict adherence to company safety standards and Safe work practices, such as Lockouts and pre-task hazard assessments.
- Standing for extended periods
- Work in a safe manner using proper PPE
You have :
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Availability to perform all shifts as needed day / afternoon / graveyard / weekend
- Good physical condition
- Ability to work on repetitive tasks
- Ability to work as a positive team member
- Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and taking precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
- Reliable and Excellent work ethic
- Desire to learn, grow and succeed
- No experience required
Compensation Package :
- The hourly pay rate for this position varies between $32.06 to $40.96 per hour for labour skills.
- Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
