What You Will Lead

• ️ Oversight of operational performance across an assigned region
• ️ Implementation and evaluation of system-wide policies, standards, and workflows
• ️ Quality, patient satisfaction, access, and strategic service delivery outcomes
• ️ Budget management, financial performance, and capital planning
• ️ Collaboration with physician leadership to enhance engagement and alignment
• ️ Innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives

$260K$360K annually, DOE

Total compensation reflects experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and regional differentials, supported by a strong total rewards package.
