What you’ll do :
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the Grocery Department including scheduling of Team Members, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and accurate pricing of products
- Provide training, leadership, and direction to Team Members within the department
- Development and achievement of operational and budgetary goals including, sales, margins, expenses, inventory management and shrinkage control
- Ensure all Team Members perform their duties in compliance with established health and safety regulations
- Other duties, as assigned

Who you are and what you have :
High School DiplomaMust have a valid drivers license
4+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a retail environment, including 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or ManagerDemonstrated experience tracking and monitoring customer satisfaction levelsExceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated effective team leadership skills with the ability to work well within a multigenerational and diverse teamAbility to effectively manage operational budgets, maximize operational efficiency, and improve sales and growth marginEffective planning, organization and time management skillsStrong inventory management, analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat computer skills (including data entry accuracy) and the ability to manage computer files efficientlyAvailable to work on a very flexible schedule with the ability to work up to 50 hours weeklyOur Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan.
