Roles & Responsibilities

In the role, the Business Data Analyst will become familiar with AI technology and how the technology is shaping the enterprise workplace. Through completion of daily and weekly tasks and projects, the Business Data Analyst will also gain in‑depth exposure to unstructured data sources across the enterprise and how improvement of these data sources through systemic data processing can improve business performance.

Success Criteria

• Must be fluent in English and German.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, attentive to detail, desire to learn, work hard, and grow your career.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, including spreadsheets.
• Ability to read and understand business documents and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members.
• College‑level knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in the English language and French language (a third European language is a plus).
• Must be able to work in‑office in Montreal, QC between 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Must have reliable transportation (public transportation is acceptable) and be able to get to Montreal, QC (free parking provided).
• Working vocabulary in business, financial, accounting, and legal terms is a plus.
• The most common background for this role is a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, pre‑law, education, psychology, or a social sciences field that develop business reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
