Restaurant Assistant Manager — McDonald's Restaurants

Location : 1200 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 2E5 – On site

Salary : $57,595.20 annually / 40 hours per week

Terms : Permanent employment, full‑time, shifts : early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift, flexible hours. Starts as soon as possible.

Budgetary responsibility : $100,001 – $500,000

Responsibilities

• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
