Youll also be involved in testing documentation training and ongoing support to ensure solutions meet organizational goals and enhance overall Successful candidates responsibilities will include: 1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs Document functional/non-functional requirements user stories basic data requirements and business rules Conduct interviews workshops and observations to collect detailed information2. Process Modeling & Improvement Analyze current (as-is) business processes and define future-state (to-be) workflows Identify inefficiencies gaps and opportunities for improvement Create process diagrams using tools such as flowcharts BPMN or UML3. BusinessIT Liaison Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and add value Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders4. Solution Assessment & Validation Work with QA/test teams to develop test plans Create test cases and maintain a Traceability Matrix Support UAT including BDR setup and user role/profile requirements Validate system functionality against documented requirements5. Documentation & Communication Prepare BRDs/SRS process flows user guides basic data requirements and test documentation Provide timely updates to stakeholders and managers Maintain accurate project documentation and version control6.
