Warehouse Lead Hand

We have a permanent fulltime opportunity for a Warehouse Lead Hand to coordinate and oversee the parts warehouse daily operations at our Saskatoon branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all shipping / receiving is completed accurately and in a timely manner and will ensure the warehouse stays organized and efficient. This position will report directly to the Parts Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate all daily warehouse operations.
• Lead warehouse staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure warehouse is clean and organized while following safety protocols.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and communicate with management as required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (60lbs-120lbs)

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills / qualities :

Experience in supervision of staff

Experience in a warehouse setting.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
