As part of our growing AnalyticsCenterofExcellence , we are seeking an AnalyticsEngineer with exceptional PowerBI skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for delivering insightful, customer‑ready analytics solutions.

This role blends hands‑on analytics development with customer‑facing collaboration . You will implement and support advanced BI applications, help integrate analytics into larger business ecosystems, and contribute to pre‑sales innovation efforts that demonstrate Syntax’s thought leadership in data‑driven transformation.

KeyResponsibilities

• DesignandImplementAnalyticsApplications : Build end‑to‑end BI solutions leveraging PowerBI on AzureandAWS environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance.
• DevelopDashboardsandReports : Create impactfulPowerBIdashboards and interactivereportsthat deliver critical KPIs across supplychain,financial, andmanufacturing domains.
• EmbedAnalyticsintoPowerAppsandBusinessWorkflows : IntegratePowerBIvisuals anddatamodelsintoPowerAppssolutions where appropriate to enable trueinsight‑to‑actionfeedbackloops.
• SupportPre‑SalesandDemoDevelopment(10–15%oftime) : CollaboratewithSalesandSolutionArchitectteamstodesignprototypes,builddemocontent,presentsolutionstoprospects,andestimateprojecteffortandlicensingrequirements.
• EnsureAnalyticsQualityandBestPractices : Applysoliddatamodelingtechniques,DAXandPowerQueryMexpertise,and working with SAP, JDEdwards, andotherERPdata sources.
• LeverageGenAIforEfficiency : EmployGenerativeAItoolstoenhancepersonalproductivity,solutiondesign, andcodingefficiencywithin Syntaxguidelines.
