General Labour

The General Labour (including rack changer, loader, unloader, label teams, and supporting functions) performs all production related activities on our automotive parts paint line(s).

MINIMUM EDUCATION / OR DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS :

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Have attention to detail, a quality focus, and are safety minded

Have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

Must have the ability to be trained

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

Must have own reliable transportation

Job requires physical lifting, bending, pushing and twisting

Must be flexible and able to work multiple shift rotations

Must be able to work in a fast-paced production line

Must have ability to work with others
