Garbage Truck Driver Crane (Swing)

Waste Connections of Canada an immediate opening for a Garbage Truck Driver Crane to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous and proactive team player capable of making a difference in his / her team and community.

The Garbage Truck Driver Crane is an underground collection bag / container that is operated by a use of a 5-ton crane using a remote control and would be responsible for waste and recycling collection services in various commercial sites to ensure that the materials are transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner to designated transfer station or landfill. This job is very physical and works outside in all weather conditions.

COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE & INCENTIVES :

• Full time, with benefits
• 31.73 / hour (90% of wage for first 6 months)
• Monday to Friday, Based on a 10-hour day
• Start times vary from midnight to 5 am
• Benefits and RRSP's as per CBA
