Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge, ON, for an AI Specialist. The AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions tailored to improve operational efficiency and enhance energy infrastructure. Key tasks include data analysis, developing machine learning models, creating predictive and prescriptive analytics tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems. The role also involves staying updated on AI trends and innovations to recommend new solutions for strategic business development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with AI deployment in energy or similar industries is preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in AI implementation or energy industry solutions is a plus
