Rundle Bar Server (Casual)

Our dynamic approach to service ensures each guest receives personalized attention making every meal memorable. Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality in a vibrant restaurant setting.

Starting Rate :  $16.89 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89

Please Note :  This is a  temporary casual  position without staff accommodation; applicants must have or be able to secure their own housing. Availability must include a minimum of 2 days per week with 8 hours per shift contingent upon business levels permitting

Job Duties Include :

• Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties stocking polishing cleaning and maintaining walk-ins fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
• Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences allergies and special occasions
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
• Maintain accurate billing cash handling and float procedures
• Other duties as assigned
