What youll be doing :

• Coach and mentor sales team members ensuring they are trained engaged and customer-focused.
• Support the sales department in day-to-day operations focusing on pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Assist with finance and insurance (F&I) processes helping customers understand financing options and protection plans while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Help track sales performance quotas and departmental targets.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling documentation and follow-ups.
• Prepare and process financing and sales paperwork accurately (e.g. tax title lien searches discharges).
• Contribute to building strong customer relationships by supporting personalized financing and product solutions.
• Assist in cross-selling parts accessories and extended service programs.
• Help monitor employee performance records and support departmental workload coordination.
