The Role

The firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate (ideally 36 years PQE) to join its thriving London team. The role will involve working closely with private equity sponsors portfolio companies and management teams on various complex transactions.

  • Salary range 125k to 150k (Sterling) plus bonus

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate will possess :

  • Experience in multiple private equity transactions with expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills.
  • Market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities including presenting to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Resilience under pressure maintaining calm and focus during demanding situations.
  • Preferred : Previous experience working in the London office of an international law firm Magic Circle or US International Big Law firm.
