Description de posteTechnical degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1 preferred) Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle Experience managing program budgets, timing, and risk Experience supporting automotive product launches Program Management certification is a plus Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to lead teams and manage engineering resources
Our Program Management team is expanding and looking to add a Program Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.
What You’ll Do
- Manage automotive programs from development through production launch
- Own program timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Track program costs and ensure financial targets are met
- Lead regular program review meetings and drive issue resolution
- Support product design activities, early builds, and assembly plant launches
- Ensure compliance with APQP, TS-16949, and internal program management processes
