Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support our M&M business.

Your role

• Act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
• Process scope definition and technology selection.
• Undertake trade off studies to resolve options.
• Identify, scope and manage process test work (on site or laboratory based).
• Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.
• Select and size the equipment for projects including the development of specification sheets.
• Provide frequent training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.
• Develop and supervise typical engineering deliverables (process design criteria, mass and heat balances, design of process flow diagrams, P&IDs and process control logic).
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering. M.S. or graduate level technical coursework preferred.
• 15 years of related experience since bachelor'S or 14 years since Master's. Typical incumbent has 20+ years of experience.
• Strong persuasive ability, technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and / or participation in technical committees.
• P.E. license is required.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Gold extraction and process.
• Ability to supervise all process deliverables.
