Heres how a Business Systems Analystfor our Edmonton NAHQoffice contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

• Elicits reviews analyzes and validates system and user needs.
• Documents stakeholder solution and transition requirements and participates in gaining signoff.
• Coordinates and facilitates workshops for subject matter experts in system configuration.
• Supports effective identification assessment and prioritization of business problems and identifies solutions enhancements and recommendations for improvements.
• Supports end users troubleshoots issues and streamlines service delivery.
• Develops and delivers stakeholder communication.
• Works in an Agile fashion delivering projects according to accepted Agile methods as directed by the Department Manager.
• Adheres to PCLs solution delivery framework (SDF).
• Develops user acceptance testing results tracks issues reports statuses and gains signoff.
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
• Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
• Other duties as required.
