Pastry Chef

At Manuel Latruwe Bakery, we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional pastries and artisan bread. We are looking for a talented and experienced pastry chef to join our team.

The position is for Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week guaranteed, 5am start.

Salary hourly depending on experience, to be reviewed after 3 months of employment.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of products including mousse cakes, cookies, tarts, chocolate decorations, creams

Ensure consistency and quality

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Experiment with the new recipes and techniques to enhance our offerings

Qualifications:

Proven pastry experience is a must

European pastry experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
